Ron serves as BDG-CPAs COSO Framework Educator and Advisor in furthering our mission in strengthening clients through a foundation of sound internal controls. He is a retired member of Kral Ussery LLC, which is a professional services firm delivering professional education. He has worked with hundreds of clients, many through Big-4 firms.

Ron thrives on empowering executives and financial professionals through active learning combating real workplace challenges. He has facilitated hundreds of sessions on COSO control and ERM frameworks, risk assessments, fraud, boardroom leadership, SEC disclosures, auditing standards and accounting matters. Ron is a co-author of “The Board of Directors and Audit Committee Guide to Fiduciary Responsibilities”. He promotes practical approaches with a keen focus on business realities anchored in professional and regulatory standards.

He served on FEI’s working group for the development of COSO’s 2013 Internal Control – Integrated Framework.  Ron holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

BDG-CPAs strengthens its ability to deliver the highest level of internal control guidance through Ron. He has also collaborated with BDG-CPAs presentations in New York, NY and Charleston, SC.
