Neil is partner-in-charge of employee benefit plan audits. As he did with building BDG-CPAs to one of the most respected firms in the United States, he continuously strives to enhance the service value to employee benefit plan sponsors and fiduciaries by staying current in Department of Labor concerns, Generally Accepted Accounting Standards, and effective and efficient service processes yielding outstanding service for fee value.
Larry Peters

Larry Peters and Neil Della Torre worked together at PwC when 401(k) plans were in their infancy. He joined the BDG-CPAs employee benefit plan audit team in 2010. Larry has extensive CPA firm experience as a New York PwC manager.
Mike Magee
PARTNER
Mike joined BDG-CPAs in 2002, and was admitted as a partner in 2011. He is partner-in-charge of BDG-CPAs Quality Control system and the audit and assurance practice. The practice is comprised primarily of middle-market companies and over 140 employee benefit plan audits annually.

Ron serves as our COSO Framework Educator and Advisor in furthering our mission in strengthening clients through a foundation of sound internal controls. He is a member of Kral Ussery LLC, which is a professional services firm delivering professional education.
